What's your issue with Flash? Does it just not work at all, or is the performance pretty bad? Poor performance may more likely be due to a sluggish processor, given that Flash can take up quite a bit of your CPU's power. I've never heard that Firefox had some sort of Flash optimizer... if you're suffering poor Flash performance, try to resize your window to be smaller. The smaller the flash is, the easier it is on your CPU.
