[OU] Beta

I can't speak for Opera, but I'd be surprised if there weren't another
beta, because beta 2 isn't nearly ready for prime time. Also, they
have some features/configurability to be added back in (having so far
been left out on purpose to get this major revision working), and I
would assume when they do that, they'll need to vet them in a beta.
