[OU] RealOne player

Hello,

Having, with reluctance, finally installed RealOne player I'd now like all
rm links to spawn an instance of said player rather than use the browser
plug-in.

I've tried associating all likely looking extensions with RealPlay.exe, but
with no success.  Can anyone help me with this one?
