This may be a problem with the way you have your e-mail account
configured in Opera's preferences.

This may be a bug in their Java code. There is no way for us to tell
unless you can provide us the URL for the site, and we set up mail
accounts there too so we can test it.

I can't set up an account there to test with. Your description suggests
that the problem is not that Opera doesn't work properly, but that they
have chosen to support only the big two browsers and don't want to be
bothered with providing support for other perfectly-suitable browsers.
Telling Opera to identify itself as IE5 or as Mozilla may help in this
kind of situation.

This seems to be a problem with the way the Operamail server software is
configured (as I discussed in a separate message).

I am able to send mail with attachments using both Opera's built-in e-
mail cliient and using web-based e-mail services. It sounds as though a
series of separate problems has led you to believe (understandably,
though not not necessarily accurately) that Opera has problems with
sending e-mail attachments.
