I've experienced the same exact problem. I can no longer access 
my online bank account. I was able to do this in 5.11. Is there 
somewhere I can go to get the previous release of 5.11 ?

-- Certainly. Go to the Opera download page, scroll down to the
caption "suggested download", then click
the little button to the right that says "change". That should
give you a page where you can choose different operative systems
for Opera. Next page choose language. Next page choose release.
