[Opera-users] Automatically check updates

It would be nice if Opera could check for updates to a webpage (or group
of webpages) without having to check manually.  For example, instead of
going to the Opera website to check for news every day(being the
compulsive Operator I am), a lot of time could be saved if Opera could
check periodically IF I am connected to the Internet (it would be very
annoying to stop Windows from connecting every time I start Opera for
offline pages).

Of course, this would take the fun out of visiting the website every
day...
