Please always tell us which version of Opera you are using, it can make
a big difference in trying to figure why something doesn't work
correctly.

No, not frames; just three tables.

It could take several hours to analyze this page. I'm certain it is a
JavaScript problem. In fact, if you turn off Opera's JavaScript support
the page works just fine. But I doubt many of us are willing to spend
the time required to debug their code for them
Most of the JavaScript code in this page is unnecessary and needlessly
complicates it. The rollover effect with the "buttons" images could be
accomplished more simply by using CSS. I would guess the page was
originally written about three years ago; much has changed with web
standards and browser capabilities during that time. A complete rewrite
to bring it up to current standards would be the best solution, but that
is an expensive proposition.
Oh, and most important: the page's HTML code does not validate. Even if
they want to stick with the old HTML 3.2 standard (which is what they
specified for this page), they should at least fix the page so it
complies with that standard. That wouldn't require a complete rewrite,
just a bit of time correcting the errors.
