You must tell Opera which program you want to use to view the source of
your pages. This is done in the "Programs" section of your preferences
settings:

MENU: File | Preferences: Programs============================

+-Paths------------------------------------------------------+
| Opera directory |
| [C:\Program Files\Opera______________________________] [
] |
| Download directory |
| [C:\Program Files\Opera\Download\____________________] [
] |

+-Programs---------------------------------------------------+
| Source viewer |

| Telnet program |

The write.exe file mentioned in your error message is a standard
component of most MS Windows installations, but apparently Opera
(actually MS Windows) doesn't know where to find it on your computer.
You may use the browse button (labelled "...") to find that file, or any
other text editor (such as notepad.exe). Once Opera knows which program
to use when you want to View Source (CTRL-F3) it will open the program
and load your file into it.
