This one works fine for me. Got images, links, colors, etc...

This page opened fine. Links in the left border popped up additional menus.
But most of the links "click here" didn't even show up as links, let alone
do anything when clicked. Looks like a page that has been struck by the
"I've-been-created-by-someone-who-doesn't-know-how-to-create-webpages-
so-they-used-some-over-simplified,-IE-only-M$-tool-and-charged-the-owner-
full-price-anyway" disease.

If you click on one of the only two working links in the body of the page, it
says that to view the site, you must have the latest version of either IE or
NS, preferably IE.
HA!!!

Sounds like someone who deserves an "informative" letter.
