[Opera-Linux] How to (really) disable mouse gestures (or horizontal scrolling)?

Life-saver. I disabled Buttons 6 and 7 in mouse set-up, and now
horizontal scrolling acts as vertical when the horizontal bar is
absent. No more uncontrolled "back"s and "forward"s.
