[Opera-Linux] Bad UI at High DPI

Is there a simple way to get Opera to use the same UI text size as the rest
of a KDE desktop? Force DPI= works only for content, is ignored for UI. At
high DPI, the prefs UI is much too tiny to use to correct each UI font
