Allegedly.

It does, until you close a window with the flash plugin running in it. It crashes all other instances of flash running in all other windows.

This is, of course, blamed on the plugin itself, despite the fact that this has been an issue for: ages of both opera AND flash AND penguin-swf versions.

It works fine so long as you don't close or reload anything.
