[Opera-Linux] "MyOpera password" ?

This is a repeat of a query that failed to score an answer when submitted previously.  Maybe I will be luckier this time round.

I have received a notification from  noreply at opera.com  that read:

| You have just received a new personal message from OperasGifts.
| If you are logged in, go to
| +http://my.opera.com/Felix%20Karpfen/messages/.....
| to read it.
| 
I dutifully followed the link and ended up being asked to login at MyOpera.

Since I no longer remember the login name that I used - some 5 years ago - when I signed up for "MyOpera" and do not recall being asked for a password at that time, "noreply at opera.com" wasted bandwidth in sending the message.

All advice will be gratefully received.
