[Opera-Linux] What about slow tab switching?

Tested with 7 open tabs (all heavy pages) on 9.62 Linux QT4 build
i386, Kubuntu. On a Dell Vostro 1700 Laptop, Nvidia 8600m GT.
Switching with 1/2 is instant, delay is microseconds. So no problem on
that hardware.
