[Opera-Linux] Master password misbehaviour

Hi!

I have noticed that with my settings master password couldn't be verified  
immediately after opera startup. However, after cancelling that dialog,  
every subsequent query succeeds. BTW, cancelling that dialog makes  
OperaLink credentials be forgotten.

Settings:
- query once per session;
- protect save passwords with MP;
- password contains a quotation sign (") in the beginning; (might it be  
relevant?)

I'm using statically linked opera with Qt4 build 1929 for Debian, i.e. .9  
latest build.
And this could be reproduced with the clean base personal directory, i.e.  
clean initial startup.
