[Opera-Linux] feature request :: favourite directories

I seem to remember we used to have a system for that.  But nowadays I
have no idea how to get feature requests to the attention of those who
can make it happen.  (Nice feature though, it could be quite handy)

Since Patricia already answered the main question, I'll just mention
that bug reports can be filed at https://bugs.opera.com/wizard.  I
believe there is a link on the front page of bugs.opera.com as well,
but it can be a bit hard to spot.
