Flash crashes when you close a tab with Flash objects, or when you leave a  
page with Flash objects - it is a bug in Flash.

It is actually fixed in 9.50 b1.  Is there a specific page where you still  
experience it?  If yes, which version of Opera are you using, and which  
version of Flash?  What distro are you using?
