[Opera-Linux] what's wrong with Opera?? Windows 3.1 look and feel

I think the reason they are not themeable is that those aren't drawn
by opera, but are the standard qt widgets.  So in fact, they are
probably following qt's theme.  And the screenshot seems to be the
standard qt theme ("platinum", if I remember correctly).  Windows 3.1
had no 3d effects, and windows 95 had a "heavier" and "sharper" style.

I think some work has been done lately to use different file chooser
widgets depending on the user's desktop environment.  But I don't know
how well that works.
