[Opera-Linux] The always annoying certificate confirmation box

Hi everybody,

I've been having this problem for a while (even before 8.x) but since I'm
now subscribed to the newsgroup (Gmane's) I decided to write about it.

I can't tell whether I'm the only one having this problem or not but it is
really annoying when I just have to wait for 'something' to enable
the "Allow" button when the certificate confirmation box (e.g. certificate
signer is unknown) appears.

Does anyone know why this occurs? I've tried clicking here and there but it
only gets enabled by some unknown reason.
