[Opera-Linux] Very slow GUI on Linux

Just for support: the same thing happened to me too.  Opera 9.20
on Gentoo.  Switching tabs took about 5 seconds.  It was so
painful that I gave up on Opera and switched to Firefox.

Switching was not an easy decision: Opera has been my main and
only browser for over 5 years.  I paid my money for the ad-free
versions.  And as a developer myself, I know I should've reported
the problem; this email is a small atonement for not having done so.
