[Opera-Linux] Very slow GUI on Linux

All these slow GUI problems are true. At least here, on a fresh
install of Debian Etch, I guess. However, on my Gentoo box everything
is fine (including Opera 9.21). And here, on Debian, installing the
static version of Opera made the problem disappear.

All this, however, don't change the fact that on a general basis, the
GUI is faster on Windows than on Linux. I wonder if this can be
changed..
