Another unpleasant issue is that on Linux and on Windows, when
accessing the Internet through a transparent proxy, the "Fraud
protection" always fails to download the informatino about the
accessed site: "Fraud protection error. Download failed. Cannot
connect to sitecheck.opera.com"
