My setting for Windows pop-ups is "Open pop-ups in the background"

I can view the comments of other bloggers who do not use HoloScan,
and so I hoped to get a work-around for Opera.

My concern about changing as you suggest is that would be a global change,
right?, meaning I would be back to a pre-Opera state re pop-ups.

I mentioned Netscape just to indicate the problem is unique to Opera.
